The Diverse Agency
The Diverse Agency is the first talent and creative agency for the LGBTQ+ community in the Benelux, founded in December 2019 in Amsterdam. The Diverse Agency is on a mission to create a broader platform for drag talent and inspire people to be 100% themselves. Not only does the agency collaborate with events and festivals, but also companies and private individuals for workshops and masterclasses, for example.
Initially started as The Drag Agency: it was created after a conversation between Danielle and drag queen Hoax LeBeau, who she booked for her own birthday. When she found out that there was no representation for drag talent in the Netherlands yet, Hoax and Danielle decided to set up The Drag Agency together.
In January 2021, a management branch for queer talent was founded alongside The Drag Agency: TDA Management. From 2023, the companies have merged into The Diverse Agency.
